Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Feel Good Work website (feelgoodwork.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Feel Good Work provides AI strategy consulting, automation implementation, custom website development, and related digital services for businesses. Our services are described on our website and in individual service agreements.

Deposits and Payments

Certain services require a refundable deposit to reserve a spot in our build queue. Deposits are processed through Stripe. Refund policies are outlined at the time of purchase and in your service agreement.

Full payment terms, schedules, and refund conditions are specified in the individual service agreement for each engagement.

Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you provide to us during an engagement.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, you own all custom work product created for your project, including code, designs, and documentation.

Our materials: Feel Good Work retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, methodologies, tools, and templates used in delivering services. We may use anonymized case studies and portfolio examples from completed projects unless you opt out in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Feel Good Work provides services on an "as-is" basis. While we work to deliver high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or performance metrics. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business data, strategies, or proprietary information with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice. Specific termination terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Deposits and payments are handled according to the refund policy in your service agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
